Check out my amazing leather bag I purchased while in Sete Lagoas from Via Mia. I love the size and brightness (I should have bought two). Finally wearing my handkerchief dress (bought it when it debuted the first time around and I am just now getting around to donning it, typical), but I have to try out the DIY posted by The Glamourai (I agree that the straps are pretty chintzy). Have a lovely weekend.
BTW, it is still 100+ degrees in the shade... meh.

Inhotim

 Check my awesome new friendship bracelet (I will officially be joining the arm party-ers). I have it in several colors. I will share my other finds a bit later, but rest assured I scored some pretty sweet swag.

Just when I thought it (read "it" like you need to, although "it" will never refer to Inhotim) couldn't get any worse, it turned cosmic and I never wanted to leave (I promise to explain it all later)...

I could have stayed the night at this botanical garden/contemporary art museum. Insanely beautiful and absolutely majestic. I was transported to another world, exploring and discovering. I felt ALIVE, in a way I hadn't experienced in a long time. I can't say enough good things about this place. It is nestled in a po dunk town, on the outskirts of BH. Can we say diamond in the rough?! The place was filled with amazing wood sculptures that doubled as lounging areas and installations by some pretty sick artists. I need to go back and spend the day there (open to close). As The Dust Settles

You know how when you are young, you go somewhere and you can't wait to get back? For years you vow that you will return to that childhood place and relive the delights of yesteryear. Where is yours (everyone has one... or 25)? Then you grow up... You call the shots... You go back... And you wonder, "Is that all there is to the circus?!" Oh Peggy Lee!
