OTKB Or FMB To All Its Friends

Momma and I were all over the city the other day. I ended up drenched taking pix during a torrential downpour and NONE of those pix came out! Sadness (a feeling like a wet poodle and not one good shot?! hokey!). However, we got great shots at Craftex. What is Craftex, you ask?! It is an amazing resource for retailers and designers (not open to the public). We visit for the amazing Christmas decor they stock and the superb selection of books. I drool over the reading material everytime I go in the warehouse. I wish I could buy EVERYTHING!!! There are few things I enjoy more than fashion, but literature is one of them, suffice it to say I ruined a few tomes before making my exit with my excessive drooling. Gross, I know but everyone has a vice and mine is definitely hardcovered with glossy hi-res images.

I can't wait to get my hands on the two books shown above. The book about men's fashion is a riot and anything Viv is a must have. There were books on home design and gardening that had me near tears. My home seemed quite inadequate after browsing those shelves; not that I am ungrateful or anything, but Lord knows I could use an upgrade. I didn't get to look over everything like I usually do because momma had to drag me kicking and screaming (and drooling) out of there. I could have stayed in Craftex all day (and night) among the books (dreaming sweet luxuriant dreams).
