There is no place like...

This location is certainly not home, but I sure wish it was! The landscaping is beautiful and the architecture striking and I just wish I could spend a weekend here (or forever)! By the looks of it (and strategic positioning across the avenue from Crave), the Granduca must be a gazillion dollars a night (one day I will be able to frivolously throw money about, until then...)...

I am wearing:
trench: Thakoon for Target (I am pretty sure I got this on sale, but this after Target stopped having awesome sales and all the Go International stuff would marked down to under 10 bucks, like the days of Luella. OMG! I am so upset about Luella I don't know what to do, why, WHY, WwwhHHHHYYYyy?! What the heck is going on in the world, I mean besides the recession... of all the brands to get cut, it had to be someone as awesome as Lulu (that is what I call her when we gab on the phone... ok we don't gab on the phone but sometimes I imagine we do... you do it too, tell the truth and shame the devil!)
shirt: BCBG (bought years ago along with the shorts and never wore it until now; I know, I know... you would die if you saw all the clothes in my wardrobe still with original tags; both outlet purchases from San Marcos)
shorts: BCBG
fishnets: Ellen Tracy (I think I snagged these out of a bin from K&G a few years back, about 6 bucks)
ballet flats: Ferragamo (outlet purchase, Woodbury)
headband: FXXI
ring: requisite SS (I almost never leave the house without my SS ring! I am developing an iPod like attachment to it... I love you Steven!!!)
shades: ? (purchased at Tuesday Morning a couple of years back for about 7 bucks; I love these, I have dubbed them my MKAs)

I wish it was really autumn so I could stop wearing summer clothes but unfortunately it is still summer here (why are WE being PUNISHED?!). The weather gets nice (and by nice I mean upper 60s/low 70s, which isn't stellar but it keeps the humidity at bay) and then out of nowhere, HEATWAVE! ARGH!!!!! SUX!
